BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY:

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING ALL POLICIES AND DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING ORDERS, BUYERS WHO PURCHASE ITEMS/ORDERS ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE READ AND CHECKED ALL POLICIES/DETAILS/DESCRIPTIONS/RETURN/CANCELLATION/SHIPPING & SAFETY DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING ITEMS/ORDERS.

BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY AFTER PURCHASING PRODUCT:
Buyer accepts all responsibility for hanging, mounting and installing their signs/items after purchasing. Buyer understands that all work should be done by a professional and licensed contractor. Buyer agrees that seller will not be held responsible or liable for damage or harm caused to buyer or improper install / usage of product after purchase date.

HANDLING TIMES:

Signs are NOT pre-made. That means orders require handling time to be made. to know your handling time, please email us for a more accurate handling time on product before purchasing. Almost all Signs when finished will be shipped with the 2 Day Express Air Mail shipping. Please know that carrier handling times may change(shipping carriers vary due to holidays and weather).

HOURS OF OPERATION (BUSINESS DAYS):
Monday - Friday from 9am-3pm.
Closed on Saturday & Sunday.

SHIPPING TIMES:

We use FEDEX 2 DAY EXPRESS AIR MAIL on almost all signs.
***Note: Some PO BOX and FEDEX address restrictions may apply. Not all packages qualify for 2 day mail service. For those we use a Priority Mail service 2-7 day.
***Note: Estimated delivery may change due to holidays, weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances. Also know anything pre-made and ordered Friday and/or over the weekend will get shipped the next following business day. We do NOT operate or ship over the weekends.

FREE SHIPPING:

Listings with free shipping offered are only valid to U.S. contiguous states only. This exclude Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes. Please contact us before ordering to received shipping rates to these locations. If buyer has already purchased the order and did not contact us first about shipping. We will make an effort to contact buyer. If Shipping is not paid for, order will be cancelled with a 50% restocking fee on order.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

All items will be shipped to buyer's confirm account address ONLY. Before you pay, please make sure your address in your account matches the address you would like us to ship to buyer pays all fees for reshipping or changing address if item is shipped.

Most orders will be shipped out within the allowed handling times that are listed on the item. (Does not include weekends or holidays) upon receiving clear payment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Buyers are responsible for All Fees, Customs & Brokerage fees. Please be aware that items may be held up in customs causing a delay in delivery.
We WILL NOT ship to any other country without an account confirmed address.

RETURNS:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving item to discuss possible return/refund options. Items Must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers will have to pay all return shipping charges based on that they have read and looked at full description/pictures of items.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR RETURNED ITEMS. THIS INCLUDES ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US BY THE POST OFFICE, OR FOR BEING REFUSED OR WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY BUYER AND WILL HAVE A 50% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED ON ORDER.
ITEMS CAN BE RESHIPPED BUT WILL REQUIRE THE BUYER TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE AND AMOUNT REFUNDED.

ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RESTOCKING FEE'S:
**30% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL ITEMS**

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS:

All Buyers acknowledge that they are responsible for checking and ensuring that they received all their items Purchased. Buyers must report Damaged, missing and/or incorrect items within 24 Hours of receiving a package or from tracking delivery date. Otherwise buyer acknowledges that they forfeit their right to replacing, returning and/or receiving a refund on their order and/or missing items.
ALL MISSING AND/OR INCORRECT REQUEST MUST OCCUR THROUGH ESTY MESSAGING, NO OTHER METHOD WILL BE HONORED.

ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY:

Any Items that are painted or altered by buyer in anyway from original condition can NOT be returned. Items must return in original condition and color to qualify for a return.

** ITEMS RETURNED TO US DAMAGED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING ITEMS BACK IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. AND SHOULD PURCHASE INSURANCE WHEN SHIPPING ITEMS BACK. POWDER COATED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND NOT SCRATCHED/MARKED OR CHIPPED, OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED DAMAGED.**

**BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING ALL DAMAGES WITH PHOTOS OF DAMAGED ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING ITEMS BACK. FAILURE TO DUE SO WILL RESULT IN ITEMS BEING CONSIDERED DAMAGED DURING RETURN DUE TO BUYER NOT PROPERLY PACKAGING ITEM FOR RETURN.

Can I Return My Item?

We accept returns on stock words and images. Items that have NOT been personalized.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS OR PRODUCTS "MADE TO ORDER". THIS INCLUDES BUYERS PERSONALIZATION REQUEST OR PERSONAL NAMES. These items can NOT be returned or refunded.
